This tire is a 38 in size. Currently these are legal in most all USA Cycling races (Not legal in Junior 17-18, U23, and Elite National Championships - Legal for Junior 15-16 and Masters National Championships). They are not currently legal for use in UCI World Championships across the board. This is the "PRO" casing meaning it is 300 TPI and is made of "SuperPoly" instead of Cotton. This is a Tubular Tire

Rob's Rating: "I ran this 38mm Limus tubular in one of the sloppiest races I ever did. It chewed up the soft terrain and gave me a chance at traction when all the others had to jump off an run.  That means better finish position. You quite simply can't get another tire that will perform this well when conditions are that bad. This is the PRO casing option. It differs from the Team Edition by being less supple. Personally I use a tent floor sealer/seam sealer on the sidewalls to help maintain its ability to repel water and keep its looks."
